Great experience, Steve was exceptional. I am very cautious about dealership service and he put me at ease. No pressure or up-selling. Also exceeded my expectations on the turnaround. I dropped the car off and expected him to call me around 4 pm. Within an hour I had a call back that it was ready and washed. Wow!

I recently purchased a car from Georgetown VW and the experience was sensational, top to bottom. Scott was a great salesperson to deal with and a great representative of both VW and Georgetown VW. He knows the product inside and out. Dealing with Nicola in the financing department was a breeze. Again, she knows her business inside and out and was fully able to support me. Sara in service recognizes how important her customer's time is and understands how important it is to treat people the way you want to be treated. It results in a great professional relationship where you feel valued as a customer. Lastly, when I had a minor concern, it was handled so perfectly and professionally it left me breathless. I work in the customer service industry and I can recognize when a company really values your business. Georgetown VW excels at this better than any other car dealership I have done business with. I made one mistake in this whole car-buying process. Because Georgetown VW is not local to me I checked local dealerships for the car I wanted. I was very unhappy with the experiences at all my local dealers. If I could do it all over again, I would have gone to VW Georgetown first. I won't make the same mistake again. Thanks to Scott, Nicola, Sara, Jason, and of course Jouko for treating me like a valued customer. Georgetown VW will be my first stop next time I need a car.

Excellent first experience with service here. New rotors and pads for my Audi A4, wheels swapped. Good honest advice from Steven (email) and Miranda and Jason (in person). Avoided an unnecessary coolant flush advised elsewhere. Work was quick, the car returned clean. Super clean and comfortable space. And a bonus visit with Bruno ("branch manager") and his trusty sidekick Jouko!

They are always friendly. The staff here are amazing! They are building a dealership in my own town and I will still continue to drive here just based on the service! Amazing!
