The most important change is that the new Volkswagen ID.4 2023 will be available with a smaller 62-kWh battery that will be available at a price of $43,995 plus shipping and preparation. This version of the ID.4 is $1,000 less than the more affordable 2022 model. The range of this new rear-wheel drive version has not yet been confirmed by Natural Resources Canada, but we do know that the range of the all-wheel drive models in the ID.4 family will increase to 410 kilometers by 2023.
